Liked: A step into the 18th century. Beautiful Italian antique forniture and paintings. Gracious host. Delicious breakfast.

I loved it.

Liked: The host and food were phenomenal and the place is just fabulous! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: It was a little dusty but I do not detract at ALL as it was not at all an issue for me. It was not unclean in any way, just felt like staying in the home of a busy friend.

Liked: Beautiful, warm, historic…so much charm….you really felt embraced in someone’s home. Giancarlo was gracious and welcoming.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was convenient but not worth the below details. We were going to a concert nearby and could have stayed where we stayed last year.
Disliked: We left midway through the breakfast. It was not good. The entire place is downtrodden, it needs to be updated. Our bathroom was outside the bedroom, and didn't have any washcloths. Our beds were comfortable, but I never requested twin beds. The value for money is just not there. We could have stayed a few minutes away in another town, and we would have had a better experience.
