Liked: The location is good, friendly staff, looks good from the outside.
Disliked: The room was in the basement, there was mold on the ceiling and there was a lot of smell of mold/humidity. The weather was good so we could keep the windows open to make the smell better, but the rooms in the pictures were nothing like the basement room we got. Everything is a bit old/warn down, with quite a lot of noise from the neighbours. We only stayed for 2 nights so it was still acceptable, but the value for money is not good (it’s not cheap). I also found a piece of glass (?!) in my breakfast. The breakfast was nice though.

Great place in Lund

Liked: Great well maintained place North of railway station. Excellent breakfast. Instructions for opening doors very clear (they do not operate a front desk outside breakfast/cleaning hours)
Disliked: You have hotels closer to the university where I had to be but these were all booked. And it was just a 15 min stroll.

Superb

Liked: second time I stay at Millasvilla and I am really happy. Room is lovely, clean and spacious. the breakfast is fresh and varied. staff is very friendly. Self check-in is very easy. Great location, 3 min walk from the train station and 10min walk to the University.
Disliked: It would be great to have a kettle in the room to make tea after 5pm

A really nice guesthouse

Liked: It’s in a perfectly nice location within walking distance from the train station and the city centre. The house is adorable, breakfast is very good and staff is very nice. We managed to fit in devils in the garden in the beautiful nice spring weather.
Disliked: Beds are a little hard (perfect if this what you like) and some things like power outlets and the kitchen sink tap was a little loose - an easy fix though. There is no staff on sight, keys are in the door when you arrive, which is good but hard if you have questions… I wanted an additional set of keys (there were 4 of us in one room) and would have liked to have someone there to ask. Texting to a while to get a reply.
