Mill River Resort

Very fine location and property. Restaurant needs a manager to organize and train staff.

Liked: Room and front desk staff.
Disliked: Restaurant service disorganized - no one at the hostess station and slow breakfast service.

Brief but enjoyed the pool...

Liked: Clean and early check in was accommodated
Disliked: Fridge did not work but staff replaced it almost instantly

Nice place with lots of...

Liked: Activity options. Golf, tennis, biking, pickle ball, etc. Golf instructor Tyson was amazing and the 3 hole executive course was perfect for my daughter who is novice. Staff were good and assessed an issue with our room.
Disliked: Pleasant but not luxury rooms. Tennis balls and equipment not very good and only one tennis ball to use to play.

Great stay, friendly staff and...

Liked: Mill river resort was a great stay in the west end of PEI. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lovely 2km walking path was a great way to walk around with our dog. There's also a public microwave.
Disliked: During our stay several kids were running and yelling in the hallway. Food was leftover outside a guest room from dinner until we checked out in the morning.

Good place to stay if...

Liked: Hotel is clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were on a cycling trip of the Confederation Trail and they have a secure room to store bikes in, which was a bonus. We were able to get dinner at the hotel and it was very quiet at night.

Liked: Staff was great , hotel was clean, pool was nice.
Disliked: Had no issues

Convenient location for hockey tournament...

Liked: I liked that they had lots of space and activities for kids.
Disliked: The bathroom needed updating and to be a bit cleaner.

Liked: Rooms were large and comfortable.
Disliked: Heating was noisy. The stairs to my room made it difficult with a stroller.
