Liked: Beautiful room lovely location. Reception staff were so friendly . Beautiful food in restaurant and amazing service in there too xx
Disliked: Spa staff were not as welcoming in the reception xx Bathrooms are bit outdated in compare to the actual rooms .

Exceptional

Liked: The location, the breakfast. Everything was very clean.
Disliked: The taps and plugs in the basin and bath probably need updating. The bath taps dripped for a long time after turning off. The plugs on the basin and bath didn't work properly.
