Liked: Staff is very pleasant. Location is nice.
Disliked: Checking in was a challenge as we had to drive to a different building to check in and then return to the original building for our room. It wouldn’t have been that bad had it been a summer night, but when it’s dark and rainy out and difficult to find parking at both sites- it’s a bit frustrating. Would suggest waiting to bring your luggage in until you know you are at the right place.

Liked: Location was great. We walked to everything - shops and restaurants. Food at each restaurant we went to was delicious and staff at those restaurants were friendly and very engaging. We clearly were there at a slow time. We felt like and believe we were the only ones staying in our building.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were closed for repairs so that was disappointing.

Relaxing and enjoyable.

Liked: The comfort of the room, the location of the hotel, and the bartender who was friendly and made our stay enjoyable.
Disliked: The fireplace barely had a flame. We were looking forward to a nice warm fire after a cold walk. Maintenance came, but there was nothing he could do to adjust it.

Anniversary stay at Mill Falls,...

Liked: The room was adorable, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Walking distance to the shops, and sufficient parking.
Disliked: Some of the carpets and wallpaper throughout were definitely well-worn, and there are ceiling stains and tiles missing in the common areas. The tub didn't drain well, so by the end of my shower, I was standing in 4 inches of dirty water. Minor things, and nothing was significant enough to warrant contacting guest services. Overall, excellent stay.
