Liked: I've stayed here before and would definitely come back. The location is conveniently close to the U of Maine. The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Met our needs, would stay...

Liked: Very basic and a little bit dated but perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and there was a view of the river off the back balcomy
Disliked: It was quite chilly when we first got in the room and took quite a while to warm up (it was 50 degrees in the room!)

Cute room, with kitchenette, TV....

Liked: Jane-owner-went out of her way to make us happy and comfortable Room was cleaned every day
Disliked: Milford doesn’t have a lot to offer

Liked: The location was excellent especially to UMaine campus! Staff was friendly! Place was spotless and spacious. Having a kitchen was great!
Disliked: Kitchen just needed a few items.. scissors, a couple sharp knives, a pasta pot. We ended up buying a few items at goodwill and our son took them to his dorm.
