Comfortable stay.but not 4*

Liked: Very tasty cooked breakfast, but continental choices such as the fruit and yoghurt were sparsely supplied. Very comfortable bed, roo. Was clean.
Disliked: There was no hotel information in the room.- it is always useful to have menu information, fire escapes, reception number. Having lived in Salisbury prior to our stay, we know the city and attractions, but this won't be the same for other guests.Obviously short staffed on Saturday morning as tables not cleared away and food ran low at breakfast. The waitress did a great job on her own but she did need more help. Bedroom furniture not 4* ,- looked and felt cheap..

Liked: Staff convience to where we needed to be clean and spacious room excellent shower
Disliked: Unfortunately we couldn’t eat in the evening due to a problem in the kitchen luckily they recommended a restaurant just a short walk away excellent breakfast needs a little more thought

Liked: Staff - faultless
Disliked: Aircon in room inoperative. Fan was ineffective and window wouldn't open full leading to a hot and stuffy room.Toilet seat broken.Reception washbasin out of order but not noticed until after using the facilities.
