Liked: My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and we were extremely satisfied! The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile – from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable.One of the best things was the bus/tram stop right in front of the hotel, which made it super easy to get to the Duomo and all the main attractions.We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Liked: The hotel room was beautifully appointed and very large. Also, the included breakfast was very good with a large selection.
Disliked: For some reason in the country of Italy, there is no air conditioning until the 1st of May so we couldn’t turn the AC on and no fan could be turned so the room was very stuffy and we had to open the window just to sleep

The facility doesn't justify the...

Liked: There was nothing that we really "liked", the staff is the best part of this hotel, very nice and helpfull.
Disliked: The bed and mattresses were third-world. The base of the bed made a lot of noise, and the mattress was very basic.
