Excellent hotel held back by...

Liked: A comfortable, very well run hotel, with excellent, friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Very comfortable room with good air conditioning. good food
Disliked: The location is in a slightly run down area and a 20 Euro taxi ride from the centre of Milan.
