Liked: Nothing staff was rude. Rooms were dirty and appalling. Don’t stay here

Disliked: No tea towels or cloths for the kitchen.No anti slip mat in the bath for showering.No bath plug.Light from outside front door too bright - for sleepers who were downstairs in the double bed.Downstairs heater not assembled properly - the heater was sitting on the legs, which were not properly attached.No extra blankets for colder nights.Single bed in big bedroom upstairs had very loose legs and it felt like we were going to end up on the floor whenever we rolled over.

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Very old run down property. Not clean, still had soap in the shower from the previous guest. Towels were worn out with holes in them. Staff were not friendly or helpful. Furniture was worn out, chairs were too low to sit at the table to eat at. No toaster, plates, mugs or cutlery. Fridge was not turned on & didn’t realise this so food placed in there was ruined.
