Liked: It’s a great, quiet location. Most of the staff say hello and are very friendly. Otherwise everyone stayed to themselves.
Disliked: We have stayed here previously and it was great. But this year booking again, it was $100 extra dollars for the same amount of nights. The A/C unit did not work when you set it on high, and it was very noisy on low almost rattling on the wall. The worst part was the shower, and the handle for hot/cold wasn’t screwed in, if you didn’t push it in hard while turning trying to find a comfortable temperature, it would just fall off. And we did have a huge cockroach come into the room. I don’t believe it was due to total dirtiness, but solely due to the door not being completely sealed in the bottom left corner and it probably just snuck its way inside. Still, not a pleasant experience at all to deal with that. For the price we are paying, it is DEFINITELY the cheapest in the area without dealing with dirtiness. I just wish that it would have been better. Maybe we are planning to stay at this location next year again, and by then it should be done with its transition of being La Quinta, and not Midtown Suites. Hopefully better next time. Thank you.

Liked: Nothing. it was under construction . Super loud in the early mornings. Very dirty as well
Disliked: Continental breakfast was horrible, the hotel was dirty, kept calling the front desk to receive a blow dryer and iron and waited for over an hour and never received it.
