I didn’t get to stay...

Liked: There is nothing about this facility to like! I didn’t even get to stay at the facility! I tried to cancel 2 days before my stay but never heard back! Took the trip to visit the site and omg the place is horrible! So many homeless and drug addicts around the facility! They would not consider a refund even though I refuse to stay! Water machine leaking everywhere! Smelled like smoke! The place is not safe for a female traveling alone! I don’t even know, why booking continues to list this place on their site
Disliked: The cigarette smell was horrible! I’ve water leak, dirty pool area! So many homeless drug addicts near location! Not safe for anyone

Liked: TJ was amazing, great attitude, can hold an enthusiastic conversation, always upbeat.
Disliked: No in room, small dorm like, refrigerator.Pool guests, rude. Playing vulgar, cussing music around children.
