Liked: Fantastically friendly staff, large modern and clean rooms, extremely comfortable beds, delicious food, pool was lovely with great changing facilities, central location, perfect spot for touring the midlands!
Disliked: No complaints at all!

Disliked: The room was very hot inside at night and we needed the fan on and window open despite it being not particularly hot outside.

Great stay but very disappointed...

Liked: Love this hotel, have stayed before. Great facilities, lovely staff. Very comfortable
Disliked: Felt I paid above the odds for the Forest Fest weekend. I had to book a ‘Delux’ room through Booking.com as there was nothing else left on the site or with the hotel back in early December. €997 for 3 nights while our friends paid 600 for the same period in a standard room. While our room did feel more luxurious it was tiny, with very little storage space. Half the size of the standard room that our friends had. with just a free standing rail for clothes To my horror this rate did not include breakfast. Hotel said this was Booking.com rate ( nothing to do with them ?)

Liked: Great location and friendly staff
Disliked: Very over priced. Definitely not a 4 star experience. Room was uncomfortably hot and no air conditioning. Getting a coffee at breakfast was an ordeal. One self service coffee machine at a very busy breakfast sitting is really not good enough. Queuing for coffee at breakfast not what I expect for this price

Liked: the breakfast was fab i like you could order it instead of self service it was fresh and hot the coffee machine was great any type of coffee
Disliked: everything was wonderful
