Liked: Great welcome at breakfast, the chef went out of his way as I was late a few times ,staff nice and polite accommodating.

Liked: The breakfast was cooked perfectly and the portions we very generous.Staff were very friendly and welcoming.Great location on the sea front.The room was well maintained clean and comfortable.

Liked: Pleasant greetings from smartly dressed manager. They upgraded my room from single to double no extra charge. He carried my case to room for me. Room was lovely, comfy bed and pillows and clean. Room refreshed on 2nd day. Hairdryer in room. I mention as some you have to ask and pay a deposit. You can pay extra for breakfast which smelt great but I just paid room only. Really friendly staff and cleaners . Location is great near Marine Lake and not far from Pier and Town Centre. I would stay again.
Disliked: Like most hotels in the area furnishings are yeolde and need updating. As shown in the pictures.
