Was a lovely relaxing stay...

Liked: Amazing location, fab views, great staff, lovely decor inside. Dogs welcome too .
Disliked: No fridge in the room, robes or, water - we paid more money for a seaview room with balcony so expected this . Exterior paintwork and balcony in general very tired - in need of paint refresh and updating .

A step back in time...

Liked: Breakfast great , head waiter was rude
Disliked: Well it was unavoidable but some major works were being carried out on the roof , so the noise & scaffold , I believe it will be completed soon

Liked: I'd like the building's architecture. The location was very good!
Disliked: I think there weren't enough staff! They didn't clean the tables any time we had food in the bar or restaurant! They got the breakfast order after 30 minutes, and we went and reminded them ourselves.The room was quite warm, and the toilet and shower doors were designed not to close properly, which was not good.

Disliked: Booked a room with a sea view and balcony, having building work done and scaffolding blocked some views.

Loved The Midland and will...

Liked: Loved the style and the fabulous room and view. Particularly liked the red leather tabs on the furniture and the cunning cupboards. Liked the quirky calendar.
Disliked: Building was a bit tired; wallpaper peeling, outside needs repainting, on going repair to the sun lounge.

Boring boring and even more...

Liked: Breakfast was average and the location was terrible
Disliked: Morecambe on the whole never a seaside town the place needs boarding up never go again.
