Liked: Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. Convenient position.
Disliked: Our room had zero outlook - straight onto a brick wall . Waiter at dinner was pleasant but totally untrained. Didn't even know the basics. Which given the prices is not really acceptable. (Food was good) .

Superb

Liked: The staff went out of their way to accommodate my 96 year old mother and made sure her needs were met for a walk in shower without charging extra for the superior room. The rooms were extremely comfortable especially the bed and the grounds and walled garden were beautiful to wander round and explore.
Disliked: Our only complaint would be that the communal areas would benefit greatly from some gentle, perhaps classical background music. The lounge and dining areas seemed rather austere and deathly quiet so you felt you had to whisper!
