Lovely Staff, Clean Rooms, Comfortable...

Liked: The staff were so helpful and understanding. Unfortunately, we had an emergency, which led to us needing a room with them at the very last minute over public holidays - they were able to accommodate us and any of our visiting family easily; truly above and beyond service!We weren't sure how long we needed to stay, but again, they were absolutely lovely in helping us out in our very stressful time. The rooms were always kept very clean, the laundry facilities were great to have nearby, having kitchen essentials like a kettle, microwave, fridge, and the onsite parking fit everything we needed. The motel location was perfect for us as it was only a 4-minute drive or a 15-minute walk to Middlemore Hospital, and there were plenty of food options within the area.Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and it made our situation much more pleasant.Thank you!
