Liked: My go to hotel when visiting Melbourne for work, comfortable rooms ideal for a solo traveler
Disliked: The beer prices have gone up! Thank god the Sirloin was on special to make up for the $18 pint.

Liked: Thoroughly impressed. Exceeded expectations. Loved the modern, clean, warm room. Staff and room service excellent. Facilities in room amazing - perfectly setup space.

Great location but not for...

Liked: Location is excellent with close proximity to both Albert Park Lake and the beach
Disliked: The rooms are not quiet. Also, the hotel was doing some refurbishment that I wasn’t aware of and the smell of fumes from the paint was pretty strong. That is of course a temporary problem but I would like to have known that at the time of booking.

Disliked: I would suggest with the rooms quite small the corner edges of the wooden frame beds have a plastic mould over the corners Prevent hitting into it trying g to get from bed to bathroom

Liked: Great food at the pub downstairs. Coffee machine and milk frother were a nice touch.
Disliked: Bed wasn't very comfortable and rooms are quite small
