Liked: Good location within walking distance of the centre of town. Large, clean and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Our experience was let down by small details which should be easy to remedy:-1. The carpark gave a bad first impression, with rubbish accumulating under stairwells2. Other than mugs and a spoon, there were no crockery/cutlery in the rooms; strange given that breakfast facilities were provided. A Notice advised that these items could be obtained at Reception, however Reception was not open at the advised 9:00 a.m. when I went down.3. The sliding door to the bathroom was very noisy to operate. Whilst I am an early riser, my wife is not, making it difficult to avoid waking her when I got up in the morning.4. Other guests were totally disrespectful, talking loudly outside our room at 6:30 a.m. and allowing their young children to run up and down the balcony yelling loudly (as small children do) at that early hour. Not the owners' fault, I know, but the owners need to be aware and, perhaps, remind guests with young children of their obligation to be respectful of other guests.

Good for a quick stop...

Liked: Close to the nearby shops and eateries (all in walking distance)
Disliked: Being on the main road into town the suburban heroes in their V8’s were loud and going on all night.

Disliked: We stayed 5 nights. the room was not cleaned at allThe tee and coffee and milk was not replaced at allThe rubbish bins had not been touched at allThe bed side tables were falling to piecesWorst Accomidation I have ever I stayed in and i stay in a lot of motels
