Clean and comfy motel in...

Liked: Old style hotel but very clean and excellent location in town centre.

No value to the property....

Disliked: When we arrived we found a moldy, dirty motel room that looked as if someone had ripped the bedside table off the wall. We couldn’t stay there. It felt unclean and unsafe. When we went to the front desk to refuse service we were told that the room charge could not be refunded as housekeeping was unavailable. Laughable given the state of the room and the fact that our feet barely touched the floor. We have challenged the charges. Hoping to be rid of the bad memory.

Convenient location but borderline in...

Liked: Comfy bed, size of the room. The bathroom was spacious.
Disliked: The rising damp had taken the paint off the bottom of all walls & obviously been there for a long time! Mould on the roof of the shower is yuk! Very dated and could be fixed up…need to get rid of the rising damp!
