Great place to stay

Liked: Very spacious, clean room and comfortable bed. Great location with Texas Steakhouse on premises is a bonus. Reception lady was very courteous and polite. Good hot breakfast.
Disliked: Pillows could be little more comfy.

Liked: Close to many restaurants (walking distance for some) and I-70. Very clean. They had the first pancake machine I’ve seen that worked quickly.

Liked: Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. I liked the fact rooms were not carpeted - much easier to keep clean.
Disliked: Coffee maker in room did not work, Toilet was not square with the wall, appeared to be installed poorly, and by the end of the first day there was some water sitting around the base of the toilet.

Disliked: Lack of housekeeping in the room. A 5 night stay and 0% of housekeeping done in the room. I had to make multiple trips to front desk to get clean towels. Requested housekeeping services multiple times and never received. Unable to speak to manager or receive phone from Manager, as I requested at checkout. Will no longer consider Microtel as an acceptable overnight stay during our future travels!
