Disliked: Power outage no back up power for hours. This scared my child. Cobwebs inside the room. Not so clean!!!!!

Disliked: A bed side lamp would be helpful, if one person is trying to sleep while the other trying to read.

Liked: This hotel had a lot of attention to detail, including nice messages and even a letter written to my dog indicating the policies. I can tell they put a lot of effort into making this a good experience.

Liked: Easy checkin/out. Loved Mickey the dog! Rooms were clean. Most of staff was friendly
Disliked: I booked two queen suites expecting sofa sleepers in each room and there were only chairs so someone had to sleep in the window seats.
