Very good

Liked: Clean and good location
Disliked: Couple of staff members were just dry. The morning I checked out the guy just sat in the back room and did not even come out to wait on me. Just said leave the key cards laying there. Did not ask me about my stay, thank you or nothing.

Until area gets clean I...

Liked: The inside was great! Staff is very helpful.
Disliked: Not safe with doors unlocked. Or windows down. The parking lot has late night thieves. Do not let your kids out of sight.

they need new staff and...

Liked: I love how the room looks and its really comfortable
Disliked: the lady manager is rude and so is the tall man they are very hostile and have bad attitudes. They put us out because we used the side doors. we didnt know we couldnt use them it was no signs that say we cant and they didnt tell us either. my sister just had a baby and she came to see me and got put out bc we used the side door to come in and out we only did it because it was closer to our room and then she put me on the no return list so i cant book at the location anymore. i have never been a problem there and because of that i have a bad taste in my mouth because they give racist like they didnt like us bc of my skin color the way we got treated
