Liked: Room was clean and good
Disliked: The breakfast should have been manned with a hotel staffer. The counter for all of the food got extremely messy and seemed unsanitary after guests had used it for a couple of hours with no staff cleanup or monitoring.

Disliked: No tissues but had tissue folder in the bathroom. No stopped for the tub. Around 7pm no hot water. In morning it was hot. Loads of construction sounds and took the breakfast items away early. No coffee at 9:15

Liked: My second night the room was good
Disliked: When I arrived the room I booked was dirty with a bed smell and the couch has so much dog hair on it, they couldn't get somebody to go in and clean up or switch my room so they put me in the smaller room with my family. It was so many drug addicts just wasn't the perfect spot for me and my family

Disliked: The staff was rude. Upon arriving the place looks nothing as the pictures show. We booked a NO SMOKING room for a reason the entire no smoking floor smelt like weed and cigarettes, the linen was dirty, no towels, shampoo, anything. Invaded in ants. When I brought it to the employees attention he was VERY rude. You couldn’t pay me to stay there.
