Disliked: Took about five minutes just to get reasonably warm water ror shower never really hot enough

Horrible Place to Stay

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: It was extremely loud and people upstairs were loud. We complained multiple times nothing was done about it. Pool was closed that was never just closed to us. The location is horrible. There's no signal and every time we spoke to somebody who worked there, they did absolutely nothing to correct any issue. And there was no really hot water. Only lukewarm water to take a shower in.

Good location for outlet shoppers...

Liked: Very convenient for the nearby outlets. There are also plenty of attractions in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was full yet it was quiet and there was not a rush at breakfast. Good value for money.

Liked: We had trouble with the tv. Mariah (front desk employee) came to our room to try to assist us. She reprogrammed the tv. The was so pleasant and didn't hestitate to help. Outstanding employee!We had a very quiet and relaxing stay

MUST STAY!

Liked: EVERYTHING!! This was such a perfect place. The location was exactly what we wanted. It was super clean. The rooms were amazing. The staff at check in and check out where super kind and efficient. This will be a place we put on our "must stay again" list. WOW
Disliked: The pool was down for maintenance, but we didn't have time to use it anyways. We did peek into the area and it looks like it's a great pool. NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT

Great Overnight

Liked: Our room and the whole property itself was very clean. We only spent a night so the room size was perfect for our needs but I could see it feeling a little too small if we were staying for any longer than a "long weekend". We also enjoyed the breakfast. They didn't have a ton of options but just enough to get us out the door without being hungry.
Disliked: We were satisfied with everything.
