Disliked: Booked 2 queens and got 1 queen and I was traveling with my 23-year old son. I was told Booking.com messed up and has done that a few times. Then another woman at the counter says they're double booked. She has only smoking rooms left for people who requested non-smoking - so did Booking.com mess up or did I just lose my original room to someone else? Water damage in the bathroom, mold in the seams of the tub, no coffee, no fridge ...

Liked: no breakfast was offer, staff on first shift she wouldn't give me her name was rude. I was talking to her; she was walking away on her phone. second shift young lady she was very professional greeted you when you came to the door need more like her, night shift staffs the young man was sleep the whole time I stayed and left for work at 6am, I had to call the phone to wake him up as I was stand at the desk second time when I checked out, I had to yell good morning to get his attention
