Liked: Everything was perfect
Disliked: The $25 pet fee for my 9 lb yorkie who is pad trained and also 12 years old. She’s been a traveler since a pup both by car and air and she has never had an accident or chewed up anything. That bothered me to pay for her for an overnight

Disliked: the whole place felt small and crowded. The breakfast area is to small and choices were awful.

Superb

Liked: Second time staying at this Microtel as I pass through Winchester, VA frequently. Always clean, always friendly, and this time I got to enjoy the pool. It was great!
Disliked: The food is always good quality. I was a bit disappointed that the start time for breakfast is 6:30AM and they were not able to get out the hot food (eggs/bacon) until 7:30AM. The staff was very nice and I'm not sure what caused the delay, but I'm gluten-intolerant and these items were all I could eat for a decent breakfast. It delayed us getting on the road by that full hour.

Liked: Breakfast was very good, coffee was excellent. Pancake machine was really cool.

Good location & large, clean...

Liked: Front desk staff (Kayleigh was great); cleanliness & layout of room; hot breakfast.
Disliked: Bath towels were flimsy; pillows were SO small & overstuffed; lack of a closet - just knobs.

Liked: I like this location for it accessibility to myself and handicap son. We use it as a sleepover spot. The rooms are big enough to move around in. Beds are comfortable. Love the walk-in showers and height of shower( son is very tall).
Disliked: Was supposed to be refunded a $25 fee but haven't received it back. Was told Booking.com will take care of it.
