Exceptional

Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay...

Liked: The area was very easy to get to, parking well lit and close, hotel exceptionally clean. My room was large and easy to get around, the bathroom was spotless and I loved the fridge and microwave in the room. I especially enjoyed the 24 hour coffee (which was excellent, by the way).
Disliked: No glasses in the room. I would have liked a small outdoor seating area.

Liked: Facilities and breakfast were both good. Very clean and staff was welcoming
Disliked: The location was very close to an interstate and Very noisy overnight while trying to sleep

Liked: I requested a king size bed and when we arrived it was two queen beds and when asked for king sized bed I was told rudely that they can not change it even though I had a email confirming that it would be changed.

Liked: It was right off the freeway. It was very clean. The room was small BUT very well designed & suited our needs perfectly. I had my 93 year old mother with me & the lady at the desk gave us a room close to the front entrance which was great. This will be our hotel of choice when we come again.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Very clean, improved breakfast, helpful staff.

Liked: Breakfast was always good. Attentive staff watching over it and filling as needed.
Disliked: No coffee makers in the rooms. I do realize you can get coffee 24 hours, but I just wanted to stay in loungewear and have coffee in my room, not get dressed and go get coffee. Plus it wasn't always hot.
