Disliked: I checked in while inspecting the room found what looked to be urine stains all over the mattress so I requested another room and it was just as bad I have pictures of everything I then informed them that we was canceling and going to a different hotel because I’m not having my wife and four year old sleeping in there I was then informed that I would have to pay a $98 cancel fee I said fine but after when I checked my bank statement I was charged $241.98 and then $364.08 on the same day as I left and went to another hotel. I have been trying to contact the hotel multiple times with no answer to demand a refund I would have went back in person but by the time I caught it I was already 7 hours away. Don’t stay here

Disliked: The breakfast was awful, the pool was closed and this was not on the website. The gym was very poor. The equipment was very old and only 2 dumbbells. They were not even the same weight

Disliked: We needed the business center as advertised online.Computer was down and no printer, so no business center.False advertising!We also had to ask for a towel and washcloth to wipe down room. Thick layer of dust and on all surfaces also some crumbs and drink rings remained on surfaces.

Liked: Front desk staff was nice, and helpful! I want to give a big THANK YOU to the housekeeping staff and front desk as we left one of my daughter's absolute favorite plush toys and didn't realize till we got home, when I called the woman working let me know she would chat with the HK Staff and give me a call back, she called back super fast and they are going to mail it back to us!
Disliked: Breakfast was lacking unfortunately, there was only sausage and tater tots in the silver trays wouldve liked to see at least some eggs! Pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance, but wasnt the end of the world for us!
