Liked: Affordable but dirty place.
Disliked: There was a dead bug in the room as soon as we entered. It was a big cricket, I get it that it’s PA so there will be critters everywhere but then there was a spider in my son’s room that kept crawling up and down in the window. Very outdated hotel, I wouldn’t stay here again. It was affordable but for 50 more dollars we could have stayed somewhere with no bugs. The breakfast it’s a disaster, I spit it out and left right away.

Liked: A place to stay
Disliked: The a/c in one of the rooms did not cool off the room very much. The staff offered to move us to another room. The other room had a bad odor about it, thus we decided to stay in the original room. At the change of shift, another staff member came to our room. He said the room was very cool and saw no problem. It was not cool enough, especially since our other room was nice and cool. The temperature on the 3rd floor read 95 degrees and it certainly felt like it. The ice machines were not working. I would NEVER,NEVER,NEVER ever stay here again.

Liked: I stayed here two wks ago in a room with many broken/missing items, the front desk just said "I know" This time was a big improvement, most things were stocked and well appointed. Took clean towel down off the rack in bathroom and found it to have blood stains. Surely housekeeping noticed that when they were folded & placed there. This should never happen. If a stain like that doesn't come out in the laundry, don't put it in someone's room!!
Disliked: Brought an additional $10 charge put on my card a week after last stay to the attention of the check in desk. I was told it was because I booked online. Seriously? Why wasn't I advised in advance? Instead of shifty practices like that, raise the rate $5.00 per night. They just don't care. Wyndham should though.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: No water for the first 24 hours. Only one room key provided. Asked for the linen to be changed. Never happened.

Hotel from hell.

Liked: After seeing someone sleeping in the breakfast area that night, never ate the breakfast. They looked homeless with their cart of belongings but can't say for sure.
Disliked: The wooden doors to the rooms are not very secure. They reuse the room key paper holder way too many times. They only give you one key. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. The ice machine was leaking and had towels around the bottom of it. The hallway carpets need replaced. The updates in the rooms looked started but never finished giving it a neglected look. The elevator for some weird reaso did not work at 10 PM that Saturday night but miraculously worked by 6 AM the next day. The staff were not always the friendliest until we checked out.
