Pleasant, clean, basic hotel on...

Liked: Affordable, basic accommodation. We appreciated the fridge and microwave. Close to the town of West Chester which was lovely and there was an artisan studio tour the weekend we were there, which was fantastic. It was also close to friends we were visiting nearby. Parking was easy.
Disliked: The breakfast was limited, and white carb heavy. Evening/night staff did long shifts and had to set up breakfast. The morning desk staff was somewhat irritable and defensive when my partner pointed out that there was no toilet paper in the lobby bathroom. She said she'd just come on duty, and it wasn't her fault. Twice. 😒

Poor maintenance

Liked: The bed was super comfortable with nice clean sheets & extra pillows
Disliked: Many broken & or missing items. I told the staff the first morning that the TV had black lines going up the screen & remote didn't work and he just said yeah.

Exceptional

Liked: Just everything room was clean, and the bed was nice and comfortable air conditioner was working kept the room cool. I will come back again
Disliked: It was nothing bad about the room
