Liked: Under the sink was disgusting. I have pictures. Under both beds was disgusting. Pop bottle, wrappers, crumbs. Bed bug bags on mattress that were not sealed properly Not that it would have mattered with the big hole in it. Was told the bags were precaution not due to prior infestation. Yet other family did not have bags on their mattresses. Told routine inspection was 2 days prior. I believe it was part of the infestation check up protocol. Will not be back. The people who checked us in & out were friendly & helpful minus the bed bug misinformation.

Liked: Breakfast was lacking. B/fast assortment was poor.The 'flow' of the offering needs improvement. I found myself unable to easily find items. The coffee was not flavourful.
Disliked: Breakfast.

Liked: Staff were lovely. Place was spotless. And breakfast wasnt too bad
