When you walk into the lobby it looks nice and clean. The staff was OK. The room was very clean and the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was hard and not easy to fall asleep. I probably won't be back in the future.

Liked: I thought that the room was awesome and very clean. The room had lots of room to walk around.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. The food was overcooked and the biscuits were hard as a rock and didn't taste very good. There was only one kind of cereal.

Liked: the location was nice and there were several doors you could use to enter to load and unload. the staff was very nice and informative, and the room i was in came with a small peninsula with a sink, a microwave, an area to sit, and a decently sized refrigerator, as well as a loveseat, and was upgraded for me for no additional charge.
Disliked: the room smelled musty and the carpet was damp, which greatly bothered my allergies. there was dog hair on the fabric furniture, and the bed wasn't very comfortable, but it was okay enough to sleep on. near the ac unit, there were small holes in which insects were able to get through and were crawling back behind some of the furniture there.

Liked: The property has a nice location for the city. There were many convenience stores nearby. I liked how they had complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: The quality of the property was very low in expectations. I was expecting the rooms to look more put together and overall the building felt slightly run-down.

it was a great stay!

Liked: we had asked the front desk person if there was netflix on the tv and they had said no, which is fine we figured it was a long shot, but to our surprise there was netflix and we could log into our account to watch our shows! the breakfast was yummy, and the room was nice and cozy and a super cute setup, if i could have the big mirror we had in there in my house i would love it!

Disliked: It’s owned by eastern Indians and they were stingy with towels and we had to the laundry room ourselves if we wanted more….and they REALLY wanted to make sure they knew our room number….bathtub plug was broke….and a young male staff member was rude. Never again!

Liked: The beds were comfortable and seemed very clean. The TV worked and was set up to easily log in to our own account.
Disliked: The breakfast was very limited and not replenished often enough -- one day there was no decaf, next day no regular coffee. Guests were reheating their own in a microwave. (After the first day, we ate out for breakfasts.)The bathtub looked really dirty (although I tried to convince myself that it was stained and not grime from previous guests). The baseboards were dirty, too.The room was very humid and dank, even the carpet seemed damp to the touch.Most of the male staff did not acknowledge guests. The female staff were pleasant though.One bath towel had several large holes, and the hairdryer didn't work.Any money we saved on the room was spent dining out for breakfasts and loitering at coffee shops (to avoid the room).
