Disapointing

Disliked: I had booked a room for 3 people with 2 beds, arrived there to find out that it actually had only one bed and pull out couch.No extra pillows and only 2 towels. $517 for one night???

Clean, comfortable hotel. Very satisfied...

Nice property but shuttle bus...

Liked: Close to Mohegan Sun Casino which is why I chose it.
Disliked: The shuttle bus that that runs from the hotel to the casino every half hour but it is not reliable. I was waiting in the lobby for the shuttle to return to the hotel. The shuttle arrived at the hotel entrance but did not stop and just continued to exit the property. I asked the desk clerk to call the shuttle bus driver and have him come back but he said there was to way to contact him. That meant that I was going to have to wait another 30 minutes or more for it to come back again. The shuttle bus driver should have stopped and given people time to come outside before zooming off. I opted for an Uber Ride to the casino instead. Also The front desk should also be able to contact the shuttle-bus driver. Don’t know if they were just being lazy but you would think they would have his cell phone number.
