Disliked: The staff was very rude, called and asked about a deposit for locals and was informed that there was no deposit, I was surprised but said okay and booked the room. I got a text to go ahead and check in so I did, it charged my card for the room right then which I thought was weird, but again no problem, get to the front desk for them to inform me it would be a $250 deposit after being told there would not be one. I explained what I was told on the phone and they did let me just pay a $100 deposit after calling the manager, they told me I could pay the $100 or wait 8 to 10 business days for a refund.

Nasty! Close it down!

Disliked: The room was filthy! The bed was not made. There were bugs all over the floor. I have been trying to contact YOU for a refund. That place should be closed down!

Overall decent except breakfast

Liked: Breakfast was great except 3 days we didn't have pancakes
Disliked: Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced.

Disliked: Carpet in motel needs replaced. Old cars flat tires in parking lot that looked like it's been there a while

Liked: Check in and check out was super easy, the room was really nice for the price and location was perfect.
Disliked: The carpet is stained so it looks dirty, the bathroom floor had a little debris missed when sweeping and the pillows are horrible. And there needs to be be more outlets for charging.
