The price was very reasonable and the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. Will definitely stay there again next time we go to a concert in Tuscaloosa. Thank you!

Liked: Very nice room; clean; they allowed us to check in early and presented us with a gift upon checking in!

Liked: second room was very clean. they upgraded me to a suite for the night.
Disliked: The first room had a very long black hair in the middle of the sheets. They upgraded me and gave me a new room. The pillows were tiny 12x12 squares. Like sofa pillows kind of. Better pillows would go a long way.

Disliked: one reason I booked this hotel was for the incl. breakfast, I was not told until I arrived that they were not providing breakfast. In the descr. of the rm there was a pullout sofa - the room did not have that and my daughter had to sleep on a window sil

Disliked: So I came into the hotel and rang the bell. No answer, I waited for a solid 10 min before some one helped me. a blonde girl in her mid 20's finally came to the desk and checked me in. My girlfriend and I found her to be uncaring and I rude.

Liked: It was nice and clean. The service at the front desk was excellent.
Disliked: The hotel charged my account as soon as checked in instead of waiting till the day I checked out. I did not like that but will just remember the next time I stay there they charge you right then.
