Liked: I liked that my dogs were allowed.
Disliked: There was not table cloths in the conference room. Sudbury had them so I didn?t bring any as I thought it would be the same. I asked for seating for 20 there was seating for 12. I had to add tables and chairs. The room was not very clean and we asked the cleaner to redo the bathroom and wipe the counter.

Exceptional

Uncomfortable, very child friendly

Liked: Hot tub. But it was always filled with children.
Disliked: Uncomfortable blankets on the bed, very small rooms, too many children- can?t use facilities. When we got there the heat wouldn?t work. The staff said if it doesn?t we can have a space heater. Then it was too hot and the AC only works for about 2 minutes at a time. There were kids in the hallway at night yelling. During check out there was nobody in sight had to wait a while.

Liked: Location , friendly staff , great pool and exercise room, breakfast was a bonus and being able to have a late checkout was a real benefit.
Disliked: Room heating was lacking as the ac heat unit was locked down at 78 F and was blowing cold air in between heating times and bathroom heater was not working at all.

Liked: The fresh waffles were a great bonus. And the bed was nice and comfy.

Liked: I enjoy the facilities and how clean they are. The staff are prompt and friendly.
Disliked: I have been avoiding the breakfast since my first stay as it looked and tasted like it was made the day before.
