Liked: The customer service was phenomenal. Lilly stone was sooo nice and awesome. Such a beautiful woman and soul. Very comfortable rooms with reasonable prices. The other receptionist was awesome as well. Such a friendly environment. Definitely coming back

Over all I have stayed...

Liked: Location, the outside looked nice
Disliked: The bed sheets did not smell or look clean they looked dingy, no washcloths at all in our bathroom, I went to call the front desk and the phone didnt work so I called them on my phone and they said it would be an hour before they would have any, then they brought 4 hand towels and no bath towels, I went to set the alarm clock and that didnt work either

Liked: Great staff, lilly at counter was awesome. Room was spotless and a/c was on.
Disliked: Would have liked having the Ice maker on the floor working.

Liked: I didn’t stay for breakfast. I checked in at 1:30 pm and left to go find another hotel at 4:30. I can’t name one single thing I liked about this hotel and wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit.
Disliked: The room I had wasn’t cleaned very good, and the air conditioner didn’t work.
