Disliked: The staff that check in was not understanding at all.My daughter was just released from the hospital with six broken bones in her foot and ankle. We were out of town and trying to travel back home and needed somewhere to stay for the night. I booked the room at 11 PM and got to the hotel around 1:30 AM. When I checked in, I was told that we were going to be on the second floor, and there was no elevator. This is impossible for somebody who legitimately just left the hospital and could not even hardly get in and out of the car. I explain the situation the front desk worker said that it would need to be canceled by 4 PM which obviously couldn’t happen seeing how I didn’t book the hotel until 11 PM. I could not cancel the reservation on booking.com because he had already showed me checked in. We did not stay here, we kept traveling to find another hotel that could accommodate with an elevator or first floor . I still have not received any refund from anyone regarding this.

Disliked: Other than some more in depth cleaning/dusting our stay was great!

Disliked: Dirty, pool was closed and didn’t even tell us beforehand, a beer was left on the side of the bed before we stayed, ridiculous amount of money for deposit $250!!!! Which I would not pay!
