Liked: This facility staff is not friendly. When I checked out they had to verify no in the room and the room was left in condition. The breakfast was horrible.

Keep looking.
Liked: Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Location was close to our event.
Disliked: Our tub did not drain and staff could not do anything about it until maintenance could arrive on the morning after our check out. Our room phone did not work. Ice machine did not work. Breakfast was not good. Cereal, waffles, juice and coffee.

This stay was awful
Liked: Nothing went well! Someone tried to break in our room and car and when we went to staff about cameras we were immediately refunded our deposit and they won’t answer the phone

Liked: GREAT LOCATION MOSTLY CLEAN WELLED
Disliked: MANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE IT WAS A DRIVING RAIN STORM WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT 8:15 PM LIGHT WENT OUT I HAVE DISABILITY AND THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING ALL NIGHT LONG AND ESPECIALLY MORNING ALL MORNING LONG NO ELEVATOR LIGHTS STILL OFF EVEN AT 10:00 AM NO COFFEE OR BREAKFAST OFFERED. IF MANAGEMENT DON'T THINK IS RELEVANT TO HAVE A BACKUP GENERATOR FOR IMPORTANT AND LIFE-SAVING CUZ I COULD HAVE FELL DOWN THE STAIRS OR BECAUSE OF MY DISABILITY NO APOLOGY AT ALL, OR NO INCENTIVE BACK OFF MY BILL. THAT'S LIKING HOSPITALITY I WORKED AND RETIRED AT DISNEY AND I KNOW WHAT HOSPITALITY IS, NONE OFFERED.
