Disliked: The room had a very bad smell the beds were hard as a rock. It was so uncomfortable and the smell was so bad I ended up having to leave about 2:00 a.m. just to get out of the room

Disliked: The elevator had electrical tape on the button and the night concierge was not very cleanly or polite.

Disliked: the lines smelled of mold. the bathrooms had hair in them. we had to search for a tv remote and the front desk staff were as unprofessional as they come.

Liked: Breakfast was decent they could've had some bacon or sausage.
Disliked: Outside of the building, it looked good. Inside needs a good cleaning. In our room, there were stains on the carpet, and mattresses were worn out. There was paint peeling of the walls. The hotel was in much need of a remodel. We asked for a handicap room but got a regular room. It had a much undersized toilet. I guess Microtel means micro size toilet.
