Liked: Breakfast was satisfactory. Room was clean but was not aware of how small it was, but it was sufficient.

Liked: Flight was canceled and this became a last minute booking for an overnight stay in SLC. Very affordable for last minute booking and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Convenient 5 minutes from SLC Intl. Airport. Bed was more comfortable than expected.

3rd room had a working...

Liked: Clean hotel, laundry worked well, nice sized room
Disliked: First 2 rooms had non-working tv’s. Each morning the card key quit working after 10am so had to get new ones every day. Pet fee of $25/day is excessive.

Liked: Check in went well, then it was all downhill after that
Disliked: Since you insist on getting my opinion, here it is: The A/C in my room made noise but did not cool even one degree. I had to turn it off. The room refrigerator made so much noise that I had to unplug it. The bed pillows were like sacks filled with rocks. And then there was the incessant noise all night from the jets taking off and landing nearby that even in my tired state, I could not rest or sleep. By 6:30 AM I was up and out, and then even the breakfast joke in the lobby was horrible, the coffee was like road tar and bitter. Lousy amenities.
