Bad experience. Breakfast was good...

Liked: Staff were good
Disliked: AC unit did not function the way a traditional AC unit should. Rooms are suppose to be non smoking however room reeked of cigarette smell… rooms are small for family.

Disappointing

Disliked: Room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, we were not offered an alternative even after notifying front desk. A clump of hair was between two pillows from one of the beds(not ours). Tempe had grime and dirty all over it, no TV guide on paper or on TV. Area by the window was dirty, dust and dirt clearly visible, same with the carpet.

Liked: The price is good for the room. The room is comfortable and has amenities like a mini-fridge, a sink other than the one in the bathroom, and a little coffee maker. When I have booked, it's because I am working on getting a house ready to sell, so a lot of time is spent outside of the room, but at the end of a the day, it's a nice room to come back to. It would be cool if the breakfast had a little more than bagels and toast, but that keeps the room cost down, so I get it.
Disliked: There's nothing I have to complain about :)
