Never again

Disliked: They are infested with roaches Towels and wash cloth looked as if they came out of a horror movie beds was filthy and staff spoke no English

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: No lamp on bedside table. Hallway was noisy and walls thin.

Liked: The pricing and how if I did not feel comfortable in a room, a replacement room was found timelyAnd a move was made immediately.
Disliked: The length of time that it took to get requested services from the maintenance staff to actually perform the tasks.

Liked: The staff where really nice and handled my problems without a problem
Disliked: The pool was filthy and I had to get my room switched due to not being cleaned properly

Overbooking to thief.

Disliked: they had over booked our room and our things were in our room and the guy who was in our room had went through out things and stole out of our bags.
