Great suite, some problems

Liked: The room was nice loved the suite
Disliked: There was what looked like a blood stain on the comforter. We had a do not disturb sign on the door and they still came in when we were gone, took one of our 2 towels! The location was terrible looked ghetto.Also I sent a message about doing something special for us because it was a special occasion for me and my Wife?, they sent a message that said we will do that for you.. and then did nothing!!

Great stay. Will stay there...

Disappointing

Liked: Check in was easy and it was close to my job. We were staying due to inclement weather.
Disliked: The bathroom wasn't clean. I went in to use the restroom and when I closed the door there was a lot of hair on the floor, like a man had shaved and pushed it all on the floor. Also there was a light jacket hanging in the closet. I would think the cleaning staff would check all of the compartments. It appears the cleaning staff is basically making beds and hanging toilet paper.

Disliked: very very small rooms, could hardly walk around the bed, seems in dodgy location, breakfast was average, microwave was broken, looks a lot nicer in the photos

Great stay, friendly staff

Liked: The staff was friendly. The room was a decent size and had plenty of storage space for things I brought for my stay. I stayed for about a week, and any time I came into the lobby area, the gentleman at the counter during the day would ask how my stay was going and if I needed anything. The facility was clean. I stayed on the 3rd floor, which is where the laundry room was too so that was nice.
Disliked: The entrance and parking lot leading to the property is rough but out of their control. It is shared with another business.

Disliked: Location, had to drive thru parking lot of another business to get there. Next door to apt complex. room smelled and one window was broken.

Definitely worth the price but...

Liked: The room and common areas were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I needed a first aid kit at one point and the attendant was very helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was very basic and just OK. The location was difficult to enter initially because it is cut off from the main street. Had to drive around the block to find the only entry point. Exiting was an issue too because of the amount of traffic on the main street. Not exactly a beautiful location--mostly commercial and even industrial businesses nearby.
