Overall it was pretty good

Disliked: Being disturbed at 10:00 by the cleaners

Disliked: This place was dirty! The fact that it is listed on booking.com is extremely surprising as it seems to be an establishment for homeless shelter. The rooms were dirty, the bedding had cigarette holes in them and stains on the sheets (although appeared laundered), the bathtub was filthy and I have never been in a hotel room that did not have a phone or a lamp and the hallway / elevator was like something out of a horror movie. I was told that refunds were not given. Would definitely not recommend this hotel chain to anyone ... anywhere there is a microtel - DO NOT BOOK!!

Disliked: The 1st room I got was stinky, smelled like urine. The sheets and covers were dirty. And it wasn’t even the room I paid for. So I had to request for another room.. that room was ok

Liked: Location was nice, parking was nice
Disliked: The staff not acknowledging my kids and I when we walked in. My son said Hello to the people at the front desk, neither responded, bad customer service. Bugs in the bathroom and it was a bug in the refrigerator

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was excellent! Very helpful and understanding. My ride was coming from Pennsylvania and got way behind schedule. They had no problem letting us sit in lobby and have a late check out. Thank you so so much!
Disliked: The location was a little inconvenient
