Disliked: Door to room wouldn’t lock which poses a danger to me and my wife , sheets cleaned every three days, breakfast was terrible.

good hotel at a decent...

Liked: good location to get to the rehoboth beach. if not staying right at beach, this is probably the ideal spot. ok breakfast
Disliked: room service came either too early or to late in the day for us. not much within walking distance other than outlets

Superb

Liked: The location near the outlet stores was perfect for my partner.The staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Just curious why the shower heads are so low, and the doors to the rooms might be a problem for an older or weaker person.Even a small closet would have been nice.
