Disliked: We stated in a 2 bedroom Suite for 2 nights. Extremely limited Personal Toiletries: 1 teeny bottle of shampoo/conditioner and even tinier 1 soap bar, 1 makeup packet remover for 2 adults for 2 nights. Only one shelf in bathroom under sink which half of it is taken up by hotel hairdryer to place your personal toiletries. No closet or drawers for clothes. Only 4 hangers and 3 poles placed 8-12” above each other protruding from wall in each bedroom. (Impossible to hang a dress or suit). ALSO, our room was Never cleaned. Yes we had a dog with us yet he was NEVER left alone in the room. (We took turns eating breakfast so one of us was Always with us). WiFi signal poor to non-existent. Breakfast items limited to basic food. No eggs, bacon, sausages or anything that has to be fried because there is No kitchen. Gravy for biscuits made in crockpot. No kitchen makes me believe breakfast containers for cereal, coffee etc are cleaned in the laundry room?Only GF food was a bagel. Elevator is slow, sounds like it’s scrapping along the floors. Lighted sign showing which floor it’s stopped on doesn’t work.

Solid stay for a decent...

Liked: Pet friendly, friendly staff, close area to take the pugs out for their business, elevator equipped from 2nd floor pet room, good breakfast and centrally located for Custer State Park, downtown Rapid City attractions, Mt Rushmore and the Crazy Horse Memorial. A good 5 night stay though I recommend 5 full days there.
Disliked: Room AC was noisy but got accustomed to it. A little pricy for pets.

Disliked: Zero counter space in the bathroom and the shortest toilet I ever sat on.
