We loved our stay very much. The staff were great and exceeded our expectations to the very best. We could have not enjoyed it any better than we did. Thank you to everyone.

Liked: Morning staff and breakfast was decent
Disliked: Rude staff at check in. Elevator broken. Beds uncomfortable and and made my daughter and I roll to the middle. Room was just old and felt unclean.

Hit and miss

Liked: It was relatively clean, housekeeping left you alone and most of the staff was friendly. Clean linens.
Disliked: Upon waking up on the first Morning we witnessed a guy how was on our vehicle rummaging around and stealing stuff. My partner caught him and chased him which he then gave our stuff back. The front desk agent saw the suspicious behavior of this man while on a smoke break but did nothing but give attitude because we were making a big deal of it. No cameras on front perimeter of the property. We called the cops and made a report. The hotel refused to do anything about the situation and got mad because "we got an attitude with her". Currently waiting for a phone call from corporate.
