Great Stay – Clean, Friendly,...
Liked: Great Stay – Clean, Friendly, and Pet-Friendly!My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Microtel in Pigeon Forge. The room was impressively clean and smelled fresh, even though it was a pet-friendly room. Housekeeping clearly does an excellent job.Customer service was outstanding. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind and even shared some great local dinner recommendations (I wish I could remember his name!). At checkout, Ashley was equally warm and friendly—she left us with a great final impression.Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. While it wasn't anything fancy, it offered a solid variety: biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links, toasted bagels with cream cheese and jam, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereals, and yogurt.Though our preferred hotel near The Island was fully booked and didn’t have pet-friendly options, Microtel stepped up and delivered a comfortable and welcoming experience.
Disliked: Two small cons:1. I wish the pool had been open 24 hours.2. The coffee could definitely be better.

Liked: Location was good. Checking and out was effificent. Pool access was convenient. Pool refreshing. Never had breakfast availability on 3rd floor of any hotel, but continental breakfast was ok for when we had it. Nothing special. Front desk was personable and helpful.Frig worked great. A/C & TV too.
Disliked: Not location's fault but alot of inconsiderate dog owners that did not clean up after their business. Maybe add a sign or special doggie poop bags to help. I had the unfortunate to clean my shoes from poop.Being on ground floor was great for our dog but alot of noise above our room from whatever was irritating to our nervous skiddish puppy.No dresser for clothesMore parking for handicap would be nice.

Love the location and surely...
Liked: Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good. Hallway is clean. Housekeeping person are very helpful.
Disliked: It's just the elevator.. sometimes it smells so bad not sure why.

Liked: The location was great, close to everything and the breakfast offered a wide variety of food choices from cereal and oatmeal to scrambled eggs and waffles.
Disliked: We were very pleased with the hotel and honestly there wasn’t anything that we didn’t like!
